Zwan Wrap

Zwan Wrap

The Zwan Wrap is simple, yet classic. Two zigzag stitch patterns alternate from one end of the wrap to the other on this long, rectangular shaped wrap. I used an DK weight Alpaca yarn that came from the farm of a friend. I had been saving the yarn for just the right pattern, and I am so happy that I chose to use it for this project. It is a great pairing of luscious yarn and a simple, yet not monotonous pattern.

I was inspired by a small Pizzeria & Brewery in Columbus, Indiana. Zwanzig makes many good beers, but my favorite is actually a combination of 2 beers, that is called a Blueberry Muffin. It is a combination of Beauregard's Blueberry and Polished Hippe Porter. There are 2 parts to the Blueberry Muffin, and there are 2 parts to the Zwan Wrap, and somtimes....two is better than one!
